 Term and Condition

 

a.   All daily rates are inclusive of daily breakfast and 2-ways airport transfers.
b. All monthly rates are entitled to 1st day breakfast only and 2-ways airport transfers.
c. All reservations are required to made direct to Rama Villas via telephone
+62 361 270 831 or facsimile +62 361 270 835.
d.   Upon confirmation, 30% deposit will pay direct to Rama Villas. The balance of payment to be settled upon arrival. (Travel agents and airlines are exempted)
e.   All deposit will be forfeited for no-show booking and 7 days cancellation of booking made prior to guest arrival.
f.   Method of payment: cash, credit card (Master/Visa) or bank T/T.
g.   Check-out time: 12.00 noon, late check-out beforel 18.00 hours, is subject to management approval. A full day charge will be made after 18.00 hrs.
h. Check-in time is after 14.00 hrs unless room is available.
